Benefit Schemes Terms and Conditions
Upon signing up to an individual benefits scheme an employee will be provided with the related terms and conditions to the chosen scheme within the Amendment of Contract document, Hire Agreement or payroll giving sign up confirmation.

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and complete, we cannot be held liable for any omissions or inaccuracies either on the site or via 3rd party sites you may be able to access from Co-operative Flexible Benefits.
