I have been working for the Society for 17 years. I started working in Food Retail before moving into Post Offices and Services then taking on Flexible Benefits in January 2015.
Dally Purewal - Operations Manager
I am the Operations Manager for Flexible Benefits and am responsible for sales, customer service, product development, quality, compliance, partnership management and operational duties for the group. I am passionate about the service the group provides to all our customers and constantly seek service improvements to enhance our customer's journey.
I thoroughly enjoy my role and am proud to be part of an ethical organisation.
Brian Fisher - Account Manager
I joined Flexible Benefits in March 2012 and am responsible for account management of our clients. I promote both retention and sustainable organic growth in all sectors of business and a key role is to form strong relationships with my clients. I work closely with the customer service team in Warwick to ensure the smooth set up of a client account and am proud to work for Midcounties and be part of a great team.
I live in Harrogate and am married with 3 grown up children. I have a keen interest in all sports having played rugby and football and enjoy walking in the Yorkshire countryside.
Kathy Cornes - Account Manager
I joined Flexible Benefits in March 2012 having previously worked in Financial Services for a number of years. I am responsible for account management of clients across the West Coast of the Country working closely with public and private sectors maintaining their business. I ensure my clients receive a dedicated account management service that is personalised to their company's dynamics and culture.
I live in Scotland, have two grown up children, a cat and a dog.

My role as National Sales Manager is to promote our fantastic suite of products to potential new accounts and to share with them the ethics and values which are at the heart of our award winning Society.
I have worked for The Midcounties Co-operative for a number of years, both in our Travel division and now with Co-operative Flexible Benefits and I am proud to be part of such a great team.
John Wood - Pre-Need Funeral Sales Manager
I joined the team as Pre-Need Funeral Sales Manager working exclusively to sell Pre-Need Funeral Plans. I enjoy working for an organisation which has a great reputation in the market place with both the general public and within the Funeralcare industry.

Sarah Chapman - Customer Service Advisor
I joined the team in 2005 as a Customer Service Advisor. My role is predominately to assist customers with the smooth running of their schemes. I thoroughly enjoy working at Midcounties, and love the way they support the community and work towards the DOES values.
In my spare time I love walking and shopping, but most of my time is taken up playing taxi to my two teenage girls.

I am a Customer Service Advisor and my role is to support Customers who contact the helpdesk and deliver an excellent service. I have been involved in Customer Services for over 20 years and have a passion for helping customers to have the best experience possible.

Donna Rooney - Customer Service Advisor
I joined Midcounties in April 2015. My role is working on the Flexible Benefits helpdesk this involves taking calls, managing the live chat and back office admin work, the best part of my job is talking to my customers and helping them with their queries.
Flexible Benefits is a great place to work and I am part of a fantastic team. In my spare time I love to shop and enjoy taking my little dog for long walks.
David Mulcahy - Customer Service Advisor
I joined the team in July 2013 as a Customer Service Advisor. I have previously worked in roles as a SME Advisor/Appointee Advocate/Admin. I take great pride in delivering an excellent service to all my customers with a first time resolution approach. I enjoy my role and being part of the Midcounties Environmental Steering Group as well as having the scope for development at Midcounties. The community work I have been involved in has been enjoyable and unique.
In my spare time I enjoy socialising, playing music/going to gigs and when the chance arises Snowboarding.
