How to register for childcare vouchers
- You can register online now using the account number provided by your employer or call our freephone Helpdesk on 0800 458 7929.
- Once your employer has approved your application we will send you a ‘Parent Pack’ and user ID enabling you to manage your online childcare vouchers account and make payments to your chosen childcare provider.
How the scheme works once you have joined
- Once you sign up to the scheme childcare vouchers are credited to your childcare vouchers account on the date instructed by your employer.
- You can use your online account to make direct payments to your childcare provider (whether by standing order or one-off payments).
